These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and k2gam ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the k2gam website located at https://k2gam.cam and all associated services, including sports betting markets, live casino games, promotional offers and customer support.
By registering an account, accessing the platform, depositing funds or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the k2gam platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to register and use the k2gam platform. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The Platform reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any balance may be returned minus any winnings derived from underage play, in accordance with applicable law.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

To register a k2gam Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. You must promptly update your account information if any detail changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. k2gam will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. k2gam reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
k2gam is required under applicable licensing obligations to verify the identity of its users. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit documentation including, but not limited to:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. k2gam reserves the right to place a hold on account balances pending verification completion. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
Tip for Pakistani Users: Prepare a clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) as your primary identity document. Ensure the copy is legible and unexpired before submitting. KYC is standard industry practice and protects both you and the platform from fraud.
Funds deposited into your k2gam Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts, available payment methods and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of transaction.
References to payment services familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as informational context only. Availability of any specific payment method in your cashier is subject to change. k2gam does not guarantee that any particular method will be available at any given time. These payment providers do not endorse k2gam.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method in your own name and following successful KYC verification. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Processing times vary by payment method and are outlined in the cashier at the time of request. k2gam does not guarantee specific processing windows, which may be affected by the policies of intermediary financial institutions.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your cashier in PKR or the applicable currency. Attempts to withdraw amounts below the minimum threshold will be rejected. Any applicable withdrawal fees are displayed prior to confirmation.
Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Where the underlying currency differs due to the Operator's base currency, a conversion rate will be applied. The applicable rate is displayed in your cashier at the time of transaction.
All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it is final and cannot be reversed by the User except where explicitly permitted (e.g. cash-out functionality where available). k2gam reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error, or where market integrity has been compromised.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts are set by the Operator and displayed in the bet slip prior to placement. These limits may vary by market, sport and event. k2gam reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts where irregular betting patterns are identified.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid odds movement. Once a live bet is confirmed, it is settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. k2gam is not liable for any bets placed on markets that have been suspended or voided due to data errors or connectivity issues.
A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, market suspension prior to event completion, events abandoned without a result, or where applicable rules of the relevant sport determine no outcome. In the case of a void bet, the stake is returned to the User's Account balance.
Pakistan cricket, PSL (Pakistan Super League) and ICC tournament markets are subject to the official rules and results of the governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, k2gam will apply the ruling of the relevant sporting authority (e.g. PCB for domestic Pakistan cricket, ICC for international tournaments). Results are typically settled within 24 hours of the official result being declared.
All casino games — including slot games, live dealer tables, table games and instant-win products — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Users acknowledge that casino games involve random outcomes and that past results do not influence future results.
Any technical malfunction of a game that renders its outcome unclear will result in that game round being voided and the stake returned. k2gam is not liable for winnings that result from a demonstrable technical error.
Progressive Jackpots: Where progressive jackpot games are offered, jackpot contributions and minimum qualifying bet requirements are disclosed within the game. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment. k2gam reserves the right to hold jackpot payments pending identity and eligibility verification.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered. Where a conflict exists between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall apply to the extent of the conflict.
Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20× wagering requirement means the full bonus amount must be turned over 20 times in real-money wagers before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are disclosed in promotion terms.
All bonuses carry an expiry window, typically specified in days from the date of credit. Bonus funds and any associated pending wagering requirements that remain unfulfilled at expiry will be forfeited without notice. Users are responsible for tracking bonus expiry dates in their account dashboard.
k2gam actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting technical errors in odds or games, placing opposing bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, and collusive play. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse may be suspended, have bonuses forfeited, or be permanently closed at the Operator's discretion.
Promotions are offered at the Operator's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended or withdrawn at any time. The availability of a promotion to any User may be subject to eligibility criteria including account tier, verification status and jurisdiction.

Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for account operation, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and service improvement. k2gam does not sell personal data to third parties. Users have the right to access, correct and request deletion of their data, subject to legal retention requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
In the event of a dispute, Users are encouraged to first contact k2gam's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, formal dispute resolution shall proceed in accordance with the procedures specified by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction. k2gam does not recognise the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts for the purpose of settling disputes arising from these Terms, but nothing herein prevents Users from seeking remedies available to them under locally applicable consumer law.
